Adam May

Tournament Honours: Champion 2003, Runner-up 2002, 2004, 3rd 2000, 2001, 2005.

Alongside Mike Brandon, Adam May has never missed a Tournament and by topping the North West Qualification Group has ensured that he makes a perfect ten with his record. Between 2000 and 2005 he established a six year run of podium finishes but despite improving his game, he has not advanced as quickly as some of OGC's other emerging talents. Whilst he has made it to at least the penultimate stage in the past eight Tournaments he has always found an inconsistent form, generally sweeping aside the lesser players but falling down against the top ones. Indeed, he has risen his game to claim some great victories, including Semi-final wins against Michael Pang and a huge win against Mike brandon to take the title in 2003. However he has also fallen terribly short at times, defeat to Monovie Asita in 2006 almost sending him crashing out at the first hurdle.He will certainly cause some problems in the Tournament, but can he raise his game enough to take the Orks to the crown again
