OGCAMP 2006
Amsterdam, Netherlands
In July 2006, OGC Outdoor made its first foreign excursion, to Amsterdam in the Netherlands, for 3 days staying at the Log Cabins at Bostel Amsterdamme. Activities included trips around the city centre but mostly the trip consisted of taking in the laid back Amsterdam atmosphere both in the city and back at base. Our accommodation, was situated some distance out of the city, close to Schipol Airport in fact, and bordered onto a huge park. The centre was a good half hour train journey which allowed a look at the suburbs of Amsterdam. Overall, the trip was an enjoyable and a milestone for OGC Outdoor!
