OGC Policies as of 27/11/04 for OGC year March 1st 2004 – February 31st 2005
     All items covered by OGC Policy must be obeyed at all times lest the offending
members membership come under critical review
1- Respect to OGC
.1 ~ Club policies should be upheld at all times and OGC decisions and over rulings
are final.
.2 ~ The OGC site should be given up most respect, asinine behaviour is
inexcusable and damage to the site is unnecessary and intolerable.
.3 ~ If attending an event, members must be punctual and notify OGC prior, if
attendance is cancelled.
.4 ~ Use of illegal substances is prohibited and alcoholic consumption should be
limited and used appropriately.
.5 ~ Events related to OGC held away from the site should be notified to the club as
soon as possible
2- Respect to Members
.1 ~ Other members should be given up most respect, offensive behaviour both
physical and verbal, and racist or sexual, out of context is a major offence.
.2 ~ Members roles within OGC and their authority should be respected at all times.
3- Property
.1 ~ Other members property should not be handled unless permission is given by
the owner; this includes properties in possession of OGC.
.2 ~ OGC materials should not be taken from the site unless they are approved and
signed out by a senior member.
4- Respect to Games
.1 ~ Game rules should be respected and exotic abuse of the rules is an offence.
.2 ~ Local rules are in place in OGC and should be reviewed by a member before
they participate in an event.  
5- Liability with regards to the club
.1 ~ OGC is not responsible for members or visitors who injure themselves upon
OGC property. While up most care is taken to ensure everyone’s safety while on
OGC premises, OGC or any of its members cannot be held responsible if someone
should so injure himself or herself.
.2 ~ OGC is not responsible for property left on the premises. Members wishing to
leave items of their belonging do so at their own risk. While up most care is taken to
ensure security, OGC or any of its members cannot be held responsible if property
is a victim of theft or damage.
6- Representation of participants
.1 ~ The agreement of the legislation detailed in this article is given as a verbal one
and has been so since the founding of the OGC. Members participating in any
recognised OGC events definable by acknowledgement of the Captain or a Senior
therefore agree to be featured in any OGC productions.
.2 ~ Participants in OGC events can be featured both in writing and images in any
OGC related productions
.3 ~ Personal details of a participant or anything with which a participant wishes to
be omitted will be done so at the discretion of the Captain or a Senior. OGC will
not publish specific contact details of a participant without their prior agreement. In
addition particular images or text can be omitted at request in certain circumstances.
.4 ~ OGC will repeal almost any information regarding an event participant if they
decide to appeal to the board. However the decision of the board (be that Captain
and current Seniors) is final.
